Best Charger Installation in Houston TX

Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Super quick to fit me into their schedule. Technician was super clear in communication, very friendly, super professional, and prompt arrival time. Highly recommend. If I ever need electrical service again I will definitely be using them.Technician even submitted photos on my invoice receipt which got emailed to me while they were still on the property.

Brandon was awesome! He arrived on time, and was polite & courteous throughout. He evaluated my situation, advising me of my options and a competitive quote. We agreed and he got right to work. He was faster then he advised he'd be and once finished, he showed me what he did, explaining how and why, and showed that it worked, etc. Quick and easy. Will be calling again next time I have a need!

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

Harmony Electric Co is my go-to company for residential and commercial service over the years. They have always been thoughtful, honest and fair. They have added outdoor lines for the koi pond and the fountain. When I had a small office building they took care of it. Recently I handed them a punch list of make-ready's for my mother-in-law's condo. Ceiling fans, wire a washer and dryer nook, and hang her chandeliers. As gently as could be, it was suggested that I have the old lamp rewired first. Safety first! That means a lot.

Service Technician ROLAN is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and he even have a disposable shoe cover when he entered the house. I discussed with him what I wanted and expectation and he get it done without any issue. He checked all the electrical outlets or breaker to make sure all are still working and no trip in the future after he completed the job. He also vacuum or clean the area before leaving, very organize and neat. For sure we will use the company again for any of our future electrical services, and will request for him.
