I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
