What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

My wife needed a walk-in bath tub. Kohler is the best. Pacific Bath Company handles Kohler products. They are very easy to work with. Installation took 2 days as predicted. The crew work was smooth and the finished bath tub is excellent. .

Macey was very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. She was honest and answered all my questions. Staff called every week up until the install to relay status of my project. I had my tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Looks wonderful. Very spacious and modern. Install only took 1 day. Installers, Todd and Darren were polite, clean, and showed up on time. They did a great job. Cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I feel it was definitely worth it. The process was so simple, compared to other companies I received quotes from. Definitely recommend Jacuzzi.

We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

Had a great experience. Trusted Taylor to be in my home while I was at work. He worked around my schedule so that I could let him and James in so they could do their work. Highly recommend this company! Very happy with the outcome of both of my bathroom remodels!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Everyone was patient, professional and willing to provide information as requested and needed. I have recommended this company to several of my friends.

We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied
