Best Repair Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

They replaced my big, old , plastic tub with a beautiful walk-in shower. They did a wonderful job in two whole days. My home is a 25 year-old mobile home.

Most people love their house after a renovation, but not so many can say they loved the process....I did!
This company holds itself to such a high standard of workmanship and communication, it exceeded all my expectations. I am a perfectionist, but so are they.
They love their work. They explain processes, show up on time, guide you when needed, answer calls and concerns immediately. The finished product is amazing.
At the end of the process we felt like family!

How lucky can one woman be! My entire shower was removed to walls and remodeled to a wonderful walk in shower. Project done by Matt and Tommy. They are professional, artists, organized and a pleasure to be with for entire project. Result is perfect. I am anxious to use it and in the meantime, been walking into bathroom and looking at it. I told the men that I have not much to do at this point in being careful with virus so leave some of the cleaning to me. I took a sneak peek and Matt was vacuuming up every speck of dust and Tommy was cleaning the mirrors. They both are an incredible asset to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Great experience great team and very punctual had a fantastic Remodel and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a serious company that gets the job done.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Mike and Julie are AMAZING!! This family owned business doesn't cut corners! They are prompt, courteous, creative, and have an eye for detail. They make you feel like family from the initial conversation through completion. They installed outdoor carpet for our patio and a shade structure in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

Ray was an absolute delight to work with! He was professional, clean, and goes out of his way to build a relationship with you so that you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way! Started out as 1 star for non responsive, but since then the company has reached out and done everything it could to be on top of what is happening with the remodel, they assigned a wonderful person named Christine to the project and she has done everything she can to make it clear that what we want will be a long process and explained the steps. I look forward to how this all ends.

We had Todd Whittaker Drywall come out to do some patchwork and painting in our garage. They were efficient and clean and timely. I've never had a service person show up on time before. All employees showed up when scheduled (for the estimate as well as for the actual work). I would definitely use them again.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

I must say that your company has got fantastic craftsmen with your work. They are highly trained, very experienced, and they have done a really good job. Good effort

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We had a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house and a new half bath remodel.

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.
