Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

I just started using this glass company for my remodeling business. I have had a great experience on my first project and I just had them quote my second. I will update this after some time working with them.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
