I liked it at first.but there are already things that are falling apart

WOW! What a great experience it was having Re-Bath remodel our guest bathroom. From the consultation to the completion of the project! The designer, Jim Blackburn, was very helpful with putting the material samples together so that we could see what we liked. He set my phone up with an app that would allow me to communicate directly with the whole crew that was working on the job. I received introduction texts from the team that would be coming to my home so when they knocked on my door I already knew them! Our project technician, Andrew was such a delight to work with. He is very professional, very personable and he takes great pride in his work. Right before he was finished I noticed that the counter top was not what I thought I ordered. I called Jim and he came out to look and it was correct but I couldn't accept it. It didn't feel right. Jim told me it could be replaced with an additional charge and that didn't sit well at all with me. We talked some more, he made some phone calls and the counter top was replaced at no charge. To me, that is top notch customer service that is very rare these days. They were able to install (jumped through many hoops) it the next day. I have a beautiful guest bathroom and I have so much trust in Re-Bath to call them again to do our master bath. Thank you Re-Bath for quality, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. Excellent drywall and stucco repair. Able to match paint colors, including sun faded color. Workers were polite and courteous. You will pay more but it is worth it

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

I had a great experience with Rebath. I was referred by a friend and very pleased with the professionalism and presentation presented to me by Mike Fattaleh. Mike was on time, prepared and answered all my questions about the process to remodel my bathrooms. I liked that the quote for the job was presented to me at the time of the initial meeting and samples were shown to me for the products that they offer. I was in the process of getting pricing from other contractors and he is the first one to show up on time and give me a price for my job. Although I have not moved forward with my remodel at this time I will be using re-bath when I am ready. I feel like they will deliver what they present with no surprises at the end of the job. I highly recommend Re-Bath and Mike Fattaleh to anyone looking to have their bathrooms or kitchen redone. I can’t wait to have them do my job for me!

Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!

Veny and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom and BBQ.It was a big job and he came in on budget ,on time and the workmanship was very professional.Would definitely recommend AZ Granite !!!

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

I appreciate the experience Russ and his team has. He provided good advice and great workmanship while working through the small or big projects.
