What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

Each of our installers (Michael, Frank, Vinny, and Aaron) and helper (Drake) were all very professional/ knowledgeable and courteous to us. We would not hesitate to welcome them to our home again for a project. I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Jesus and Antonio did a great job. Antonio's texture match of our ceiling and the fix of our ceiling cracks were perfect. The next day painter ensured the finishing work was done to our satisfaction. The project manager was very professional following up each day to insure our satisfaction. I highly recommend TWD.

We had our entire bathroom gutted and all new cabinets, counters, sinks, lighting, tile bars, etc. installed. The end result is beautiful, more functional and has better flow. Very happy with the outcome.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Highly recommend.

This was Day 1 and it could not have gone better. The demo team was professional and a lot fun and made sure that the job site was clean and we were happy before the left for the night. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.

When Republic West remodeled my master bathroom, I was spoiled but did not fully appreciate it until I employed a landscape contractor to remodel my outside patios. The latter never gave a specific schedule or followed the original timeline, dragging a two-week job into five weeks. So, when I decided to remodel my kitchen, laundry and second bathroom all at once, I was eager to select Republic West again. I even requested the same team of designers, project manager and sub-contractors. Further, I trusted them so much that I was deliberately out of town for the first two weeks to avoid the demo process.

Steve’s attention to detail in project design meant that as the cabinets were put in place, they not only fit the space but my expectations and needs. One of the joys of renovation is including new, practical kitchen innovations. His recommendations are the highlights of my new workspace. Designer Kathy understood my overall goals and décor style, guiding my choices toward the desired aesthetic. Republic West gives full disclosure of job details and responsibilities so that clients understand the financial realities as well as the detailed specs. Those are onsite throughout the process, facilitating transparency throughout this dynamic process. Watching the project develop from concept on paper to reality was an instructive process.

Knowing that this project would disrupt my life more than a single bathroom, it was important to me to have assurance that the process would be as interactive as possible. RW gave that to me in spades. Remodeling the most essential hub of a home tests one’s ability to anticipate and problem-solve through the short term displacement of food preparation space and laundry. Before the project began, RW worked with me to set up an alternate food station to ease that challenge. They also reconnected the washer/dryer between the demo and laying of the tile. From design to the final walkthrough, Garth, the project manager, kept me informed, allowing me to anticipate decision points, and was proactive throughout the process.

All of the subcontractors were courteous and respectful of my privacy and property. Those who work for Republic West are efficient experts who are also artists. Slobo and his team laid the tile so I always had a path for entry to the house and rooms. Further, he was especially creative with the transition between the tile and wood floor, giving me the smooth, contemporary look that I wanted. When one cabinet did not meet my criteria, Steve adapted it until I got all the space and access I needed.

With any project, there are a few glitches, unforeseen delays and potential cost overruns. You have to go into renovation with specific goals in mind, and, more importantly, patience, flexibility and a generous spirit. Most of that is to help you understand the true complexity of this kind of work and to teach you to cope with your tolerance for dust, disruption of your space, and impatience to cross the finish line. Take pictures every week so you can evaluate just how much progress has been made. Enjoy the process. When you are done, have a big party to show off your new home that reflects your personality.

ABA Home Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Rob Personal was wonderful and helped us in every way to achieve the kitchen we were looking for. Joe was our project manager and he was on top of every detail and our kitchen is beautiful. We would definitely work with them again.

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

Todd and Ali were great!! As a homeowner, I always wonder if the contractors would treat my house as their own and put good effort to make my bathrooms look good. They did!!!! What else could I ask for? I'm very detail-oriented person, I want everything to be perfect. Todd made sure everything meet my expectation! Retro Pro is a very professional company to deal with. They have just completed a major remodel of two bathrooms in my house and I was very satisfied with the planning, construction, detailed final inspection processes and finished product.

The works crews would call each morning with an ETA when they expected to arrive. At the end of each day a meticulous clean-up would be done. The project manager performed periodic inspections while the work was ongoing, and once the work was done, he did a very thorough inspection.
