Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

All of the projects that Homework Remodels did for me where top quality, finished on time and in budget. Thanks to Steve and his team for a great job!

Most people love their house after a renovation, but not so many can say they loved the process....I did!
This company holds itself to such a high standard of workmanship and communication, it exceeded all my expectations. I am a perfectionist, but so are they.
They love their work. They explain processes, show up on time, guide you when needed, answer calls and concerns immediately. The finished product is amazing.
At the end of the process we felt like family!
What more can I say?

I called 8 places to help me find out how to get a washer dryer for under $250 and nobody could help me. I called Redemption Renovations and met at angel who helped me when everyone else laughed and said I had the wrong place. Dani didn’t laugh but instead she stayed on the phone for 40 minutes helping me to find a all in one washer dryer combo and even texted me links with good reviews. You don’t often come up on people who are willing to help us elderly who aren’t good at technology and finding things. I hope one day to win the lottery so I can come back to this business and have them redo my kitchen just because of the sweetness young woman who answers the phones. Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

After the remediation, no one could ever guess that the place was demolished a few hours ago. Their services genuinely need recognition.

I stopped by Diamond Kitchen and Bath and talked to Mike Johnson about my kitchen cabinet needs. He was extremely helpful and helped me understand the different cabinet options. He was able to work within my budget and put together a plan that works perfectly for for my kitchen. If you go to the store, ask for Mike Johnson, he’s the man you want to work with!

When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

Working with Zach was a great experience. Always professional and friendly. Very responsive to calls and showed up when he said he would. The cabinets look FANTASTIC! Highly recommend.

ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.

We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.

Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. His talent and experience is evident in the finished work.

The way care was taken when prepping the job site and throughout the job itself was above and beyond what we had hoped for.

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and the company ArDan!

Danny is a meticulous and precise worker. He pays very close attention to detail and will make your home project look amazing. He is fabulous at his craft and has a good eye for layout and design. Thanks to Superior Home Remodeling we have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier!

We had a negative experience with the design team at the Good Guys. We were very disappointed and felt we got a better design with another company. We also saved 20% by going with another contractor and there was more work within scope of our project.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Veny went out of his way to bring me samples on the day that I took my mother to her eye appointment. He actually met me in the parking lot. Now that’s service!!!!
My first choice of quartz was no longer available so he found another sample that was perfect.
Our master bathroom is stunning.

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.
