Best Interior Renovation in Phoenix AZ

Deciding to remodel my house interior was a major decision. The scary part of this decision, I lived out of state in NY. I was fortunate enough to still have my first house I purchased while living in AZ. After reviewing various contractors, I felt the most comfortable with Phoenix Home Remodeling. I have to admit that this was the most stress free, easy going process I ever experienced. I was able to keep in contact with Ben even with a 3 hour time difference. I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. Crafted Remodeling just completed a full renovation of our master bathroom, and they did a fantastic job. It was a big job - they replaced everything but the bathtub (flooring, glass-enclosed shower, custom cabinetry, tub surround, toilet, lighting, paint, etc.) and it looks amazing. Everyone on their team, were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Crafted Remodeling!

From design to execution, I knew I was in good hands and absolutely thrilled with how my project turned out!My designer, Carolina, made great suggestions and helped me pick the perfect combination of colors and layout that brought life to my bathroom space. She was very organized and followed up with me every step of the way to ensure I was beyond satisfied with the result. Her personality paired with her expertise are incredible! Highly recommend working with her!Romualdo and Matt were my installation team for the project and were really enjoyable to work with. I appreciated their thoroughness from reviewing project details and providing daily updates, to the attention to detail on the project itself! All expectations were managed well, which is so important during any project. I think it is important to note that they kept the project area (including pathway to/from bathroom) clean and protected to minimize any impact that comes with construction. Very appreciated! I also had the pleasure of working with the Omar, the Production Manager, that stopped in during the build to make sure everything was going well. Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. Brandon (owner) went above and beyond and we cannot be more thankful! The hope for a beautiful home remodel had already been crushed by the lack of professionalism and detail from two other companies so our expectations were at an all-time low when Brandon’s tile guys showed up. Daniel and Antonio came in and knocked us off our socks! Their work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and finish work was absolutely amazing. They fixed and finished work that other tile companies failed to complete and after 5 painful months, Daniel and Antonio turned our house into a home. I HIGHLY recommend Holtzman Home Improvement for all projects and will absolutely call Brandon for any of our future projects.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

What a waste of time. We contacted Home Depot so we could get a basic Home Depot tub installed. There’s no way we’d ever pay you 8000 dollars.

Perfection at every step. Anthony provides a great product and perfect customer service. Would never consider any other Kitchen Cabinet Business.

Worked with Logan at the Phoenix location. Was able to get the kitchen design I wanted within my budget. It was an easy process and the cabinets were delivered on time. Would highly recommend Logan and diamond cabinets.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

We work with them as a vendor, we have had a great experience doing business with them. Highly recommended!

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

SHEWORKS WORKS! They did a great job on my house with both interior and exterior electrical work and amazing drywall patch work. They covered up all the poor craftsmanship that was done before SHEWORKS came through. Go to SHEWORKS for all your repair and new install of electrical work along with all the other contracting services they provide.

These guys are great, easy to work with and reasonably priced!
