We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Their work was superb and fast. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving my place neat. We love the new ceramic tile flooring they installed. Looks beautiful and sturdy.

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. Bathroom remodel came out great. Improved the clustered small space design by rearranging the entire design to make more walking space.

What an amazing company! Great work, my home is now gorgeous! Kind, professional owner and employees! I bought a home with many issues. They replaced tile, had quartz counters installed in bathrooms and kitchen, installed custom backsplash that they designed especially for me, changed light fixtures inside and outside, installed blinds, changed out large mirrors and did landscaping! They did all this at a better price than any other quote. Hard working and super polite employees. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! So reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with.
