We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

I originally met with Dustin Stamper regarding my tub-to-shower conversions in both bathrooms. He gave me detailed information on the conversion process and the best materials to be used. The work was actually done by Mark Leal, who did a wonderful job on both bathrooms keeping things neat and tidy in the process. He arrived on time each day and finished both bathrooms two and a half days earlier than the first estimate. Thank you, Mark, for doing such a great job! My new showers are beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with them! I plan to contact Re-Bath when I replace the counter tops in my kitchen.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

We needed some drywall repair and Todd Whittaker Drywall was very responsive. From the moment we contacted them the office staff stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, I was never wondering what the next step was. Our repair was scheduled and Beto came to our home right on time, was very professional and did an amazing job. He covered the entire area, completed the repair and cleaned up very quickly. Once he was done you couldn't tell he was even there or that we had any work done. I inspected the area very close and couldn't see any difference between where he repaired and the untouched space, great job!

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. Let start from the end because that's the best part. Our technician Justin left us with our jaws dropped. Our new shower is PERFECT!! Justin was quick and efficient! He cared about his work and our thoughts on some details. He left the area impeccable! He came through 110%! The rest the crew are also responsive and have great customer service.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Highly recommend.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual.
