Danny and Sean did a fantastic job for me today. They were very attentive to everything I had to say and made sure everything that I was concerned about was taken care of! They were very friendly and very thorough. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing any kind of pest control!

I am beginning to think there is no actual Terminix Tempe location. I had an appointment that the tech no call no show'd. After 30 minutes of holding I got sent to a phone center to schedule a new appointment for the next day. Another no call no show and another 30 minutes on hold to get a different phone number to the office that sent me back to the same phone waiting area to be connected to the same phone center again. So far, a very unprofessional and unreliable experience dealing solely with call center workers and no pest control specialists.
