John did an awesome job on putting our wants for a master shower together and urs beautiful. He personally came to check progress daily.
Michael does a great job, with excellent workmanship, knowkedge, courteous and professional. Shane did great too.
The tile people did exceptional work finished, and finally the glass was done with top work too !

Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades. Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! Grateful for having been referred to Crafted. If you are in need of a professional, respectful, honest ontractor/GC I can and will refer you too to Crafted! Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. Aqua therapy tubs renovated two of my bathrooms. It was a large project that took several months to complete. Over this time I got to know Derek and his crew (Dean and Brandon) and grew to trust them. Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them. A good business is built upon trust and Derek did an excellent job of earning mine. I would highly recommend using Aqua Therapy Tubs for your bathroom remodeling.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Robert and Enrique repaired some stucco on the back of my house. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend Todd Whittaker Drywall and plan on having them help with future projects.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.
