Installed new walk-in shower and all necessary plumbing. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job.

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! Steven and Casey arrived precisely on time which we very much appreciated. They went over every detail of the installation showing us all products. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I could not have been more comfortable with their work! In particular the seam in our shower was so inconspicuous that I had forgotten it was there...perfectly done! They stayed til the job was complete....13 hours! I would absolutely recommend this business!

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

The young man that did the work, Ethan Little, I believe his name was, was very nice, did his best to be helpful and out-of-the-way and respond to my requests. He seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and was done when he promised he would be. The whole job looks very nice, but I haven’t been able to use it yet, until everything dries and cures.

I had my master bathroom remodeled a couple of months ago. What a amazing experience dealing with Mark and his staff. Mark did a outstanding job working with my wife helping her design the bathroom. Everything turned out better than expected we love our walk in showroom and the quality of the work was top notch. Paul did a great job of coming in everyday to check on the progress and helped out. I have another bathroom that I will need done and I know who I will call. The employee's working there are the best and very good at there craft. Converted my bathrooms to be handicap accessible

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. These bathrooms needed absolutely everything and some! Scotty's eye for detail and perfection made the home beautiful! We'd for sure recommend Az Bath Masters.

I used Holtzman's for an addition with paint, cabinetry, counter etc. I was so pleased with my project as well as the company. They have a system /calendar in place so I was able to see what trade would be at my home and when. The designer was great and fun to work with. She helped with all the finishes and it turned out beautiful. We couldn't be happier

TWD provided a couple of solutions for cracked ceilings in our house. One was a less expensive repair but might not solve the problem of preventing further cracks. We choose the more expensive approach that would prevent future cracks. The work was very high quality and the workers did an excellent job of protecting floors and large furniture from dust. I was very impressed with their approach from the initial review and picture taking to the on line posting of the work so I could review the job. I found the entire organization to be very professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a drywall repair or remodeling work to visit their show room and obtain a quote from TWD.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

I had my bathroom tub and shower remodeled from them. I had expectations regarding their skills and dedication and I was not disappointed. Great services provided.

Remodel of the main bathroom, Friendly contractors. Install Manager, not responsive and was very unprofessional in communication with the customer. The large tile was not installed per the recommendation from the manufacture so tile walls are uneven in shower. They did attempt to fix it, but you can't fix the tile being installed incorrectly. Susggestion: READ the preferred installation INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacture on the box..
They do not do any drawings so communication between trades needs help and monitoring... Somethings get over looked and then can not be completed like placement of niches in shower.

I think this project was just out of their scope of what they can do, but they sold it as they could handle it..
