My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery. We plan on doing more renovations in the coming years and PHR will certainly be the first contractor we reach out to! Thanks guys!

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Julio and Juwaan were very professional. They were prompt and finished the job earlier than anticipated. I was very impressed with my new shower.

This job was changing the tub to a shower and replacing a wall-mounted toilet for above-grade water pipes, which are common in Del Webb residences. The job was 5 days with Jesus - after cleaning up at the end of each day, he invited us to see & explain the work done. He was quality conscious and did a great job. We sure commend him for his excellent personal skills. A pleasure to work with.

We were looking to remodel our shower and met with numerous companies with pushy salesmen that quoted us ridiculous prices. Thankfully, we were referred to Aqua Therapy! Derek and his team were amazing. They were professional, they did exactly what they said they would do and gave us a beautiful shower at a reasonable price. We were able to get a better quality shower than the original companies were recommending. Soooo glad we chose Aqua Therapy! We couldn’t be more happy!

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

I would like to give a 1-Star review but to be fair, I will give a 2-star review because the job was completed. Just as a quick overview, I would not recommend Holtzman Home Improvement.

PROS and CONS List below:

PROS:

*Bathroom remodel was completed.

*Liked cabinet finishes and style options.

CONS:

*We were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for project completion but ended up taking 6 months.

*In contract, the introduction page says that Brandon Holtzman “… will personally meet you and visit your job site several times throughout your project to ensure quality and care is not only in the workmanship but also in our demeanor.” Never met the man; not even once.

*“Designer” which they refer to as “sales-person”, had a hard time keeping up with the demands of our project. Made numerous mistakes in terms of measurements that caused wrong products to be ordered and mistakes in the actual remodel. Assumed certain details about project without consulting us. Example: Cabinet above toilet was bigger than expected (inaccurate measurements) and overlapped on to the exhaust fan, “Sales-Person” assumed that we were just going to move the exhaust fan altogether; this would have cost us hundreds of dollars to move the fan 2-3 inches.

*Crew would show up whenever, sometimes not at all even though scheduled. Had crew show up at 6am without notice multiple times. Had to state over and over again for a start time that worked for my family; between 7-8am. Nothing ridiculous. No consistency whatsoever.

*Some of the crew did not speak English, which I absolutely didn’t mind at all. But Project manager, “sales person”, did not speak the language. I never expected to be the sole translator numerous times in person and on the phone. Because of this language barrier, numerous mistakes were made on our project.

*Crew would come to job site and not know the status of our project, therefore would ask me questions about what needed to be done, as well as certain technical details that only a professional would know (example: electrical).

*Crew would come to job unprepared and would leave to go to Home Depot for 1+ hours to grab material. Not sure if this is standard, but I believe that they should have been prepared for the day’s work at our project.
*Overpriced. Example: Updated replacement of bathroom exhaust fan that was picked up at home depot for around $45.00-$55.00 and less than an hour to install, cost almost $400.00.

*Project manager forgot to discuss details of our project to team so there were details that were left out. Example: Requested to have a shower bench installed; shower was “completed” with no shower bench.

*Project manager and “sales-person” should have communicated more in terms of our project details; numerous mistakes could have been avoided.

*Low quality of materials: tile/grout. Numerous tiles are cracked, chipped, and grout has already started to come out in chunks. Also, grout that was never wiped off, has solidified and won’t come off.

*Already have water damage; yes, water damage in a bathroom on a pony wall that neither the project manager and “sales-person” gave input on how to finish to avoid said water damage.

*Was double charged, and charged for work not done. Caught mistakes by thoroughly reviewing receipt and was reimbursed. If I didn’t catch these details we would have easily been overcharged.

*At the completion of the project you are given a 5-year warranty. We have recently contacted Holtzman Home Improvement to come and fix said damage and have not heard back; it has been a few weeks already.

*Their slogan is “People should do business with people they trust”; would not recommend.

Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. exceeded our expectations repeatedly. The level of professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. The project was executed in a timely manner, adhering to a construction calender that was accessible online from the beginning of the project.
We are very satisfied with the work done by Todd Whittaker Drywall and highly recommend them to any prospective clients.

Ben and his crew have some amazing southwestern home remodeling skills. You can tell that they truly love what they do!

We had a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house and a new half bath remodel.

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.

Mike is a very good sales representative, first of all he’s very easy too, talk to, down to earth, he knows what he’s talking about, it was like a 101 class on Re/Bath more than likely I will have Re-Bath do the job.

Highly WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. They messed up my flooring and after trying to get ahold of them to fix they ignore me. If youre looking for quality work and/or someone to fix a bad job, contact Dave with Luxr... He fixed the bad job that was done here and for a very affordable price!

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

The installers did an amazing job! They were organized and worked very well together. They replaced some dry rot and took their time to make sure that the installation was done properly and they cleaned up as they worked and before they left. We highly recommend this company.
