Phoenix Home Remodeling did our master bath remodel and we were very pleased with the process and the results. From the planning to the final walkthrough everything was done in professional and courteous manner. The quality of work was superb and the finished product was exactly how it was designed. We look forward to using them again on our future remodeling projects.

The techs, Brad and Darien were on time and finished in a timely manner. The work is beyond beautiful, its perfect. Both techs were very helpful and thoroughly explained the features of my new shower and answered all my questions. No doubt in my mind I will have the same company do my other shower.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

They made sure that the flooring and the walls matched compatibly. They showed up on time, very skilled and hospitable. 100% recommend to others to have their bathroom renovated.

This company has done a fantastic job remodeling my grandfather's bathroom. The owner, Derek, has been involved every step of the way and very accommodating to our many whims. He and all of his employees have a great can do attitude and are super efficient. This is the 1st contractor I have ever had that has started and completed a job in the timeline that that was promised. And every day they left the worksite amazingly clean.

Holtzman home improvement and the holtzman family are just awesome. I've done business with the holtzman family for over 10 years and have been fantastic to work with. They even donated to the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix to help remodel their game room when I asked if they could help out. Todd Whittaker Drywall remodeled our kitchen beautifully so when it came time to get out bathtub area tiled I thought of them. Ron LaBrie, who was our designer for our kitchen, stepped up again and did a beautiful bathtub area design with tile and special niches for soaps and hair needs. All of their people from demo to clean up were great. We were totally pleased with the job done.

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Maintenance man Tom worked efficiently and seemed knowledgeable.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

In the end, the tub reglazing technician was highly trained and very good at what he does. They were professional, patient and provided excellent advice.

Home Concepts was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I chose them for my project. They provided exceptional work and great customer service.

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.
