Pacific Bath/Kohler removed our existing jacuzzi tube and installed the Kohler Walk-in Bath. This product and service is not inexpensive but certainly is great value for the investment. The Walk-In Bath is a very high quality product that provides walk-in air bubble and water jet whirlpool treatment. It's effective and wonderful. Pacific Bath, a regional partner of Kohler worked with my wife and I to design the installation, define the placement, verify the fit, layout, electrical, plumbing that would be needed as well as the exact correct and attractive look. The initial representative was very knowledgeable, through and competent. Although not typical, from contract signing to install was only one week. The Pacific Bath Install Team were in contact before the work began to confirm the specifications and agree to a work date. That team showed up as scheduled and completed the tear out, plumbing and electrical additions and connections plus bath and custom surround plus clean up in two days. It was a very professional and committed team, a first rate product and trustworthy organization. We are extremely pleased.

We had a walk-in show installed. The whole experience from the salesperson to the installation was outstanding. Jon B and Cordell B were our installers and they did excellent work. They were courteous, timely, and professional. They did the complete install including removal of the tub in one day. We are very happy with the results.

The work was to a very high criterion and has converted my bathroom, and it looks fantastic. The team were amicable, punctual and different. I highly recommend it.

Sunset Tile is like a well oiled machine. We had a complete bathroom remodel. They are busy and we were on the list four months. It was completely worth the wait. They showed up everyday they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Our project manager was Kevin and Luis was the main employee on site. A big shout out to them and all the other employees involved. We will not shop around for our kitchen remodel. We will go directly to Sunset.

We redid our walk-in shower. Very pleased with the results. Excellent cleanup. Would have them do another project when the time comes.

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. These bathrooms needed absolutely everything and some! Scotty's eye for detail and perfection made the home beautiful! We'd for sure recommend Az Bath Masters.

We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

Excellent company, I saw them at the home show and had an in home consult. Which was very pleasant because they did not try to hard sale me. Like most do. We met Silverado at one of the Home Shows. We've been by their both 4 times over four shows collecting info from them and competitors. I really like their product called Onyx. Far superior to tile. There are numerous color combinations to choose from but the one they had at the show on display was our favorite. Works well with the new gray tones you see in all the homes. Demo was fast and installation was fairly quick. Their install guys, Dale and Robert are very professional and always updating and asking questions along the install process. We opted for the surround to go to the ceiling, added grab bars, seats, caddies and 3/8 glass, instead of 1/4....BIG DIFFERENCE and new vanity tops/faucets. I highly recommend these guy, you wont be disappointed.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
