We had a great experience with the design rep and the install team of our Jacuzzi shower and tub.Christian the design rep was detailed on the Jacuzzi products and ensured my wife and I were satisfied with our choices.Our installers, Steven and Ashley were very professional, on time, detailed oriented and kept us engaged on the install.They completed two separate bathroom installs in two days which included the demo work.Great customer care and I highly recommend the Jacuzzi branded products and their A+ team. These installs look sharp!

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

We had the bathtub removed and new shower with glass doors installed. We were very happy with the procedure and the finished product.

Hired them for 2 full bathroom remodels. Our tech, Brett was awesome. He showed up early every morning and had great communication skills. He cleaned up well and took care as if he was in his own home. We had issues with fabrication and some other issues that resulted in the project to be delayed by 1 full month. Not happy about that or how management handled it especially with them hounding us every day after the project should have been done to demand payment. So frustrating cuz the job wasn't complete but they tried to push for it. Job was very expensive and well above other quotes but we went with them because we were promised a dedicated guy to work with and good communication which they held up through their tech but not so much on the management/office side as follow through and expectation setting could be improved.

Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience. Brad was on time everyday, kind, clean and went above what he had to do by putting in an additional cabinet in both bathrooms. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

Luxury Bath of Phoenix did a great job of tearing out the existing shower and replacing it with a new jetted bathtub/shower. They were very experienced and did a fantastic job with the installation. Ron S did a great job on everything I needed done. He fixed where a half door was. Looks great! Drywall repair on ceiling where light fixture is, wall drywall repair, tub spout replacement and hung a big mirror. Love the work he did. He wore the surgical mask for Covid safety. Thanks Ron! He was on time. He was very nice and I felt good about the whole experience. My favorite was the bathroom drawer that closes flush now!

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I have a lot of respect for the way Ellie and Ivan do business, they always put the customer first!!
