Pacific Bath/Kohler removed our existing jacuzzi tube and installed the Kohler Walk-in Bath. This product and service is not inexpensive but certainly is great value for the investment. The Walk-In Bath is a very high quality product that provides walk-in air bubble and water jet whirlpool treatment. It's effective and wonderful. Pacific Bath, a regional partner of Kohler worked with my wife and I to design the installation, define the placement, verify the fit, layout, electrical, plumbing that would be needed as well as the exact correct and attractive look. The initial representative was very knowledgeable, through and competent. Although not typical, from contract signing to install was only one week. The Pacific Bath Install Team were in contact before the work began to confirm the specifications and agree to a work date. That team showed up as scheduled and completed the tear out, plumbing and electrical additions and connections plus bath and custom surround plus clean up in two days. It was a very professional and committed team, a first rate product and trustworthy organization. We are extremely pleased.

It is refreshing to have had them in my home and feel confident that they will do an amazing job!Showed me all the products before installation, during and after.I had the tub/shower converted to shower. Rebath tore out my old 70's shower and ugly tile floor and replaced them with exactly what I was looking for. From initial consultation to finished product everyone listened to my needs, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want or need and everyone explained everything every step of the way. Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I love my new windows, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.

The entire company treated me with suck gentle kindness. Colleen walked me through the entire process of resurfacing my shower/ tub . Tomas covered my house to provide a clean working space and did a fabulous job , tub looks brand new!!!!

Love our walk-in tub. Can sit and soak with the whirlpool jets - good for sore muscles! Also like keeping the shower option. A little over three days to install, and well worth it.

Made my old tub look brand new. My favorite part about working with these guys is they are genuinely proud of the work they do. They will gladly show you pictures of prior jobs they have done. Also I had no idea you could use a method similar to tub-resurfacing on kitchen counter tops - very cool idea I will consider... Great Company!

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all.
