Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

We had a very confusing, claustrophobic layout with several small rooms and a very tight, non functional kitchen with almost no storage. We have wanted to knock walls down for years to combine 4 small rooms and open the back wall to see the pool from the kitchen.
From the very start of the project through completion, everyone involved was thorough and communicative.
Mike was easy to reach and super flexible with constant modifications and changes on our part. I definitely could not say that I’m an “easy” client! He was patient with my own indecisiveness and willing to adapt in the moment, which I know is terribly inconvenient.
Lewis is a rockstar! Such an incredibly hard worker and so attentive to detail. He had awesome suggestions along the way and was so creative to find ways to get the look and ideas that we were going for.
Ryan with Design and Stone designed the most aesthetic and functional kitchen! The space we were working with was very limited and finicky. He was super accommodating to the things that I knew I wanted, even though not ideally practical, and worked around those things to give us so much functionality, optimize our space, and made it all so beautiful!
Joel, our cabinet installer, was so fast but still thorough and specific. He asked my preferences on multiple details as he went to ensure I loved the final result.
Steve’s precision and detail with our light installation has been pointed out by everyone who’s come to the house and he added several outlets to much needed locations in the kitchen as well as the front and back porch.
I know there are many others I’m overlooking- Omar, “Coach”, the entire plumbing team! Who took the time to teach me how things worked that they changed and moved and repaired old pipes and hose handles along the way ….

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Lots of problems, did nt install medicene cabinet properly because they would nt move stink pipe, electrician spent hours more than expected to figure out wiring, two return visits to repair leak from bathtub that stained kitchen ceiling I had to to repaint, my fault paying way too much $$ for what we got!

When we decided to have our aweful hacked-up bathroom remodeled, we wanted to have it done right and not have to lift a finger. Carolina came out to our house with all the options and, without any hard sell, helped us figure out what we really wanted. She's great.When the time came for them to do the work, Marcus, the installer, absolutely killed it! He totally transformed the room in only 8. Freakin'. Days.We really love the high level of communication as well. Each day we would have a group chat message of the work completed and pics. Made it exciting.Anyway, highly recommended.The before picture has the blue paint.

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

We had both bathrooms remodeled! Derek and his entire team were wonderful to work with! Anytime I had questions Derek was available to answer them! The installers were professional and did a great job! We love our new bathrooms and get lots of compliments from family and friends!!

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

I would like to give a 1-Star review but to be fair, I will give a 2-star review because the job was completed. Just as a quick overview, I would not recommend Holtzman Home Improvement.

PROS and CONS List below:

PROS:

*Bathroom remodel was completed.

*Liked cabinet finishes and style options.

CONS:

*We were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for project completion but ended up taking 6 months.

*In contract, the introduction page says that Brandon Holtzman “… will personally meet you and visit your job site several times throughout your project to ensure quality and care is not only in the workmanship but also in our demeanor.” Never met the man; not even once.

*“Designer” which they refer to as “sales-person”, had a hard time keeping up with the demands of our project. Made numerous mistakes in terms of measurements that caused wrong products to be ordered and mistakes in the actual remodel. Assumed certain details about project without consulting us. Example: Cabinet above toilet was bigger than expected (inaccurate measurements) and overlapped on to the exhaust fan, “Sales-Person” assumed that we were just going to move the exhaust fan altogether; this would have cost us hundreds of dollars to move the fan 2-3 inches.

*Crew would show up whenever, sometimes not at all even though scheduled. Had crew show up at 6am without notice multiple times. Had to state over and over again for a start time that worked for my family; between 7-8am. Nothing ridiculous. No consistency whatsoever.

*Some of the crew did not speak English, which I absolutely didn’t mind at all. But Project manager, “sales person”, did not speak the language. I never expected to be the sole translator numerous times in person and on the phone. Because of this language barrier, numerous mistakes were made on our project.

*Crew would come to job site and not know the status of our project, therefore would ask me questions about what needed to be done, as well as certain technical details that only a professional would know (example: electrical).

*Crew would come to job unprepared and would leave to go to Home Depot for 1+ hours to grab material. Not sure if this is standard, but I believe that they should have been prepared for the day’s work at our project.
*Overpriced. Example: Updated replacement of bathroom exhaust fan that was picked up at home depot for around $45.00-$55.00 and less than an hour to install, cost almost $400.00.

*Project manager forgot to discuss details of our project to team so there were details that were left out. Example: Requested to have a shower bench installed; shower was “completed” with no shower bench.

*Project manager and “sales-person” should have communicated more in terms of our project details; numerous mistakes could have been avoided.

*Low quality of materials: tile/grout. Numerous tiles are cracked, chipped, and grout has already started to come out in chunks. Also, grout that was never wiped off, has solidified and won’t come off.

*Already have water damage; yes, water damage in a bathroom on a pony wall that neither the project manager and “sales-person” gave input on how to finish to avoid said water damage.

*Was double charged, and charged for work not done. Caught mistakes by thoroughly reviewing receipt and was reimbursed. If I didn’t catch these details we would have easily been overcharged.

*At the completion of the project you are given a 5-year warranty. We have recently contacted Holtzman Home Improvement to come and fix said damage and have not heard back; it has been a few weeks already.

*Their slogan is “People should do business with people they trust”; would not recommend.

Todd Whittaker and his team of people over at TWD are simply amazing. They scheduled our project in a decent amount of time, even with short notice. Showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done ahead of schedule and everyone that was involved in the process was nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again for other home improvement projects.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

If you are thinking of having a home remodel project then go for Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels and you won't be disappointed. The crew is absolutely remarkable.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!
