We had a new shower installed today. I cannot say enough great things about Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Our shower was outdated and would either hit our head or almost break our toe getting in on the steel tub. The type of surround that they have is beautiful! The colors are up to date and completely changed our bathroom, all just by updating the shower. From the moment our salesman walked into the door we knew we were going to get our new shower through them. They stayed in constant contact with us and called us every week with updates on our installation. We received a call yesterday asking if we were available today due to a cancellation. Matt and Connor came this morning and started working right away. They made sure everything was covered and even with demolishing the old shower they kept things clean. They are both friendly and hard working. They stayed in communication with me all day and even made sure everything that he had for materials was correct. I will recommend them to everyone. They have many options and even have seats for inside the shower!! We have another bathroom and maybe just maybe we will upgrade that shower again!! Thank you, Matt and Connor and all of the staff!

Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

I had an amazing experience with ReBath. Adrian demonstrated outstanding professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always left the area clean and clear of clutter. The final results exceeded my expectations and I'm thrilled! Highly recommend.

Derek and his crew did two jobs for me. One was a bathroom remodel and the second job was to install grab bars for my elderly mom. It both cases he and his crew were prompt, polite and when the job was done they cleaned up their mess. The quality of work was excellent. I would use Aqua Therapy Tubs again.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

I engaged Todd Whittaker Drywall to repair a whole in the side of my garage where we removed an old swamp cooler and thus had to patch up the wall inside and out. The company was very responsive in terms of wanting to engage on my project and sent someone out within about 2 weeks to scope the work. The scoping went fine, their price was reasonable and so scheduled the repair. Once they came to do the repair, it proceeded without a hitch and they basically finished it in one day and it looks great! I'm more than happy to recommend Todd Whittaker Drywall for this type of work.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

Had them resurface tub, shower, back walls and 2 sinks. They were very careful and thorough throughout the entire process. Thomas is a true pro in his job on site. Colleen was extremely professional and helpful with the whole job. I would recommend this company to anyone considering renovation on a budget. Job was finished on time and looks amazing.

Right from meeting with Adam to design my bathroom to Alex coming and doing the remodel the experience was wonderful. Alex went above and beyond for us, we were so fortunate to have him do all the work. He is a very organized worker and kept everthing very neat and clean. Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.
