JOE does not stand by his work! He supposedly painted my chimney after I had to hound him to do so to match my house when the full exterior paint was done by him. After a few years all the paint is coming off and it looks like a speckled egg! I called Joe and his company to just repaint the chimney and they have made every excuse NOT to fix the problem!! They said it was 3 years and out of warranty and I should have told them earlier!! Like I walk on my roof or would be looking for a problem. Bottom line, I trusted them to do a good job and stand by any shoddy work. They flat out refused to make the situation right!! Bad business!! All they had to do was repaint the chimney. I suspect they actually never did paint the chimney the first time and lied about it because we had to recall them back a second time and had to hound them to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JOE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! They are not straight up and are unprofessional!!!

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. The supervisor frank is using the workers money and he never pay on time and he is giving bad excuses all time
