Had called Outside living to get a quote for a complete backyard remodel. They came out but failed to deliver an estimate later. Poor communications and lack of ownership even with several follow up emails, texts and calls.

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. Affinity Kitchens provided exactly what we asked for and their pricing was very fair. Once we saw the completed project, it was exactly what we wanted. If your supplier does what they say they will do when they say they will do it, then everything usually goes really well.

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

Garth and Rhoda are two top notch people! They work to save you money AND revamp your kitchen (or other wood work). It's nice to have someone to trust and get their feed back on all your options!

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!
