They patiently provided their expertise to answer my endless questions on every detail of the design. Everardo is responsive and truly cares about his customers. Most importantly, the kitchen turned out beautiful with not a single flaw.

Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. The crew was efficient, on time and very respectful of our home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Our home was built in 2008 and we have remodeled everything except the master bath and utility room. Hired Pelleco Home Design for the project. Sam is wonderful. He was incredibly responsive, there were no hidden cost issues and they finished sooner than we expected. He had the subs lined up, and they were great, as well. Could not be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend them!

My mom was in need of a repair on her porch after a storm last year. After many attempts at finding any kind of contractor I came across Tim Mesic and his company. He came to my moms trailer and immediately assessed the situation. Tim took the time to contact the insurance company and get a reassessment of the damage. Upon approval from the insurance company the work was done within two weeks. My mom is thrilled to have a new porch. I highly recommend Mesic Contracting for all your mobile home repairs and construction.

Advertised one price that included materials, finishing and installation. $1,000 minimum. When I spoke with a young lady on the phone, after describing what I needed done, she started throwing out $800, for the materials and $1,200 for labor. When I asked about their website, she said that was wrong.
I don't like being lied to. I don't like being played for a fool.
I will never do business with this bunch of dishonest people.
Looks like they have changed their website.
Don't care. Never shopping with them again.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. The kind of contractors and workers that you wish for but never seem to get . . . and the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott and Lorrie for a fantastic remodel.

We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we’re on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. He and his team are so professional, easy to communicate with, QUICK workers who will get the job done correctly without cutting corners and they are SO clean as they work as well, which was such an added unexpected bonus!
