Top notch, sensitive work!

Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

TWD was highly recommended to me by my uncle, for their professionalism, quality and timely work, and comparable pricing. I found all of these things to be absolutely true - I would use TWD again in a heartbeat.

Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Can’t wait to see how many more families dream homes we make come to life!

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

Today I met Randy, I only needed one cabinet and instead of treating me like a pain he bent over backwards to walk me through a process that most places would have been just blown me off. The process was complicated and he took his time and treated me like I was spending a small fortune at his place of business. What a pleasure to know that places like this still exist in this world. On top of everything the price was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and shop Diamond Kitchen and Bath when you remodel.

I cannot say enough good things about AZ Granite. They came on time and with everything they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a built in cabinet wall for appliances and reinstalled the new set. They cleaned up and took away all the large garbage as well. The quality of the work done was impeccable. We have renovated/built 3 homes in the last 3 years and this team has been one of the best we’ve worked with!

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

Robert & Ana are a pleasure to work with. They were referred to us by family members who had used them twice and were very pleased. They performed several jobs including a small painting job, bathroom plumbing, and repairing a pocket door two others could not repair without tearing into a wall. We will definitely use them again.

Jordan was fantastic - great customer service, friendly, competent, willing to stay and troubleshoot the real problem, even cleaned my fan and helped my daughter while the ladder was up. Awesome job! Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

Replacing my shower, I thought about it for 3 years and when i found Bathlogic, i was impressed with the product. The service was outstanding as well. Fair prices and a great experience!

D&D Construction is a company that I will avoid because no one answers their phone nor call back.

I am very impressed with XLT Construction Inc. We replaced an unused tub into a beautiful shower and in the Master we got rid of our small shower. Now we have a master piece. I really enjoyed picking out the materials the most. Everyone that showed up were very nice and professional. Great communication. Definitely recommend this business for your bathroom remodeling.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, Daniel Dubei, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example:

Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation.

When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off.

The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit.

the bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail.

It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless Tucson Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day.

I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period.

They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again.

My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. Mr. Dubei's response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date.

The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail.

I notified Mr. Dubei, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for 10 days. He never communicated and definitely charged my credit card when he was expressly told, in writing, not to.

It was my mistake to not take the time read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing
Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei.

My advice would be to read Diamond's and Mr. Dubei's ratings and critiques on the various contractor review sites very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
