We had a fantastic experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a recent project that included redoing our kitchen, powder room, and entire downstairs floor. Ben, Mark, and Jeremy were very professional, responsive, and courteous. We always knew exactly what each part would cost and had a great system for managing change orders. They brought in excellent subcontractors for all the work, and always made sure we were satisfied with what was completed. We are already planning to use them again on our master bath remodel.

The bathroom of my dreams made easy! The remodel was completed in just one day, and each interaction from Marla, the salesperson, to her manager Chad and the installers was extremely pleasant! The installers were incredibly respectful and polite of my home, and unfortunately, they declined offers of McDonald’s for lunch, lol. In conclusion this was a great first experience in remodeling my bathroom! The cost was comparable, and the result is beautiful! Thank you all at DreamStyle Remodeling! Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

I normally do not do reviews or recommendations companies unless I REALLY like them, or I REALLY had a terrible experience with them and I want to tell people to stay away!! This one is because I absolutely trust Holtzman and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to remodel their home!! This will be my 3rd major project that I have used Holtzman for. I started using them back in 2008 when Brandon and his crew built my daughters bedroom for her and did other remodeling projects around our house. The bedroom was of course beautiful complete with a walk in closet, custom built in shelving and chair rail in the room. She was so happy! It was beautiful and it was a great addition to the house! I then used them when we decided to buy a rental property and make some changes to update the house before putting it on the market for renters. Things like updating the flooring, countertops and bathrooms. Once again, they did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and we had renters in no time at all! This time was no different! We decided to buy another property to rent but we were on a strict time schedule! I flew in from out of town, called Judy and told her my situation and that afternoon I was meeting with Paul! By the next day I had a quote and a plan and everything was good!
Yes, there have been delays but that is to be expected. But I will also say, Brandon himself went and did a walk through before things started and found mold and water damage. Had he not done that we would have never known. Some contractors could have just let it go and just covered it up! But of course Brandon let us know and the project had to stop while that was taken care of properly. It just shows Holtzman does care about what they are doing and that they take the time to do it right. I would rather have some delays then have people rushing to get things done and it not be done right.
Yes, I think they are a little higher priced. But I also believe you get what you pay for. I think their communication is great, Brandon always gets back to me. Holtzman has treated us like family since 2008, and they continue to do so through this crazy condo remodel of mine today! So thank you to Brandon and his entire Holtzman team!

TWD was hired in 2011 by Pulte Homes to paint the exterior & touch up the interior of many homes in my neighborhood (WestWing Mountain in far N. Peoria) after some issues with water seepage were found around windows and a major re-stuccoing was required. They did excellent work and were always friendly, prompt and respectful. But that is not what led me to post this review.

In September of 2014, almost 3 years after their work was finished, I found myself in a bit of a jam. I needed to do some minor touch ups to my interior walls, and unfortunately the paint can they'd originally left me for this purpose upon completing their work in 2011 had been accidentally discarded. I remembered TWD had left me a note with some specifics about the paint they used, but unfortunately HD, Lowes & Sherwin-Williams weren't able to make sense of it. So I called Pulte directly, and they looked up my address and gave me the specs for the paint color they had listed as the standard paint color for my home. After having Home Depot mix up a batch, it was clear that my home had a custom paint job, as the shade Pulte gave me was very noticeably lighter.

On a whim, I called TWD and was put in touch with Kevin, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. After doing some research, he told me of a infrequently used color choice Pulte may have used on my house, and told me he would call back and let me know if he could get me some details on it. When he called back, not only did he give me the paint name & information (which Pulte themselves could not provide), to my surprise he insisted that he would have a quart of it mixed up for me and have someone drop it off at my door the very next day, free of charge. Needless to say, he followed through with this, and the paint matched perfectly. When I told him how impressed I was that he went so above and beyond (I had really just wanted the paint info so I could go buy it myself), he told me that's just the way they like to do business and he sounded genuinely happy that he was able to help.

Without hesitation, I recommend TWD for your drywall & painting needs. Not only do they do great work, where else are you going to find a company that would go out of their way to proactively deliver a free can of paint to a house out on the far edge of town 3 years after a job is done, just to make a boneheaded homeowner like me happy?

They did a great job on our house remodel. New floors, paint, kitchen blacksplash and room conversion. Very happy. They cleaned up well too. Worked with Nelson.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Anthony was very patient, kind, and affordable. He worked with my budget, went out of his way to help me, and took time to explain everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. No matter your budget, he can work with you.

Had a very good experience with Legacy. Did what they promised to deliver in the time they estimated. There were a few unknowns to deal with along the way but these people are problem solvers and they figure out options. New extension and master bath, new office/bedroom and new guest bath. Particularly like the the attention to dust control throughout the project as we lived through it in the house. Nice work from the main crew, Ritchie, Jacob, Jeremy and Floyd. Very happy with it. I'd use them again.

Highly recommend this company. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We had them upgrade our original, builder-grade electrical outlets and perform other services.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. The guys at Miracle Method-Tempe really work miracles. I really, really love my new bathroom. I am very pleased with this company. Blake was great at explaining the process and offering color suggestions. Steven was awesome and very professional. He did an amazing job with the refinishing. And Tamara, in the office, was always very nice and polite, and answered all kinds of questions. The kitchen will definitely be next.

Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy.
