Really great professional people. EVERYONE associated with the project was terrific to deal with. Pacific's people did exactly what they said they would do! They told us the date and time of the installation, and they were there on time and ready to go! Took NO time for lunch or breaks! They worked for two days to get the job done...exactly what they said they would do! When they were finished, they cleaned up...it looked like they hadn't even been there...left the bathroom in better shape than when they started! Michelle Beltran kept us informed all along the way with updates on product deliveries, scheduling, etc. You get what you pay for and Pacific Bath and Kohler were well worth the money. The three-year guarantee was a big selling point as well! I can't say enough good things about Pacific Bath and the Kohler line of products!

Jacuzzi is a very professional company. The sales people were excellent and knew their product well. The two installers, Darrell and Todd did a very professional job in the installation of a walk in shower. The quality of materials and work was first rate. My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My mother-in-law was WAY over changed for a 1-day bath install. They charged her $19204 for a shower insert (nothing special at all). When asked for an itemized list of cost they stated they don't provide those. They cannot tell me how much materials and labor costs to get a total of over $19K!!! If you want to know what you are paying for DO NOT USE this company. Now if you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of this is the company for you!

Just Remodel remodeled our bathroom about a dozen years ago. We still enjoy it and get complements from anyone that sees it. The company was a pleasure to deal with (had them do more work for us the following year).

Do not use Re-bath!!!!!! Scam alert!!

We had our bathroom fully remodeled by them four years ago. We had nothing but issue after issue while they were doing the install. Ruined our carpet. Installed things wrong. Completely under qualified for the job.

Fast forward four years later… you’d think the quality of work would be there for $30,000, right?! Wrong. We have water damage. The panels on the wall are flexing. The grout in the tile, that the Re-bath employee laid is washing away. Called the corporate office. They don’t cover any of it. Not even the grout or tile. Run. Don’t walk away from doing work with this company, RUN!!!!

Everything looks absolutely beautiful . Liked how they kept me informed on everything and sent pictures. Gave times they would arrive and everything! Everything was on point! Soooo happy!

Rudest salesperson I have ever encountered told us they were not a reseller contactor only. Told them I wanted to have someone install a custom shower, told us they were not even interested in talking to us until November, but feel free to look around.

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Mike came to my home and we discussed the making of my Master bathroom. He attentively listened to my needs + wants, while also executing a design plan that I envisioned. His team is courteous, professional and punctual. I appreciated their neatness and overall workmanship. I am highly pleased with the final result, their craftsmanship is truly unbeatable!
