I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . The technicians were very professional and very pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job and the shower looks great.My only issue was the lack of timely communication before the project was started. Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Being new to Arizona we were not experienced or knowledgeable with Stucco material. After purchasing an older home we needed our back patio wall re-done. Was in a terrible deteriorated state. TWD came in and made it look like new again. You would never know there was a problem, exact match to existing in every way. Cannot tell where new and existing intersect. Great work! Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.
