I cannot say enough good about Marcus (MB Exclusive). He is very professional, reliable, pleasant and does an amazing tile job. Absolutely affordable, quick and beautiful work. I was uncertain about couple of things but Marcus offered great advice with my kitchen and bathroom tiles. I'm extremely satisfied with the speed and quality of his work. Best tile guy in the Valley! After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

Trevor is one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in just about everything and will do his due diligence if he isn’t familiar with something. He is very honest and very competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend him for any project you have in mind.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
