PEP Solar was very easy to work with from sales to institution and for answering questions. Ales listened to my concerns and addressed them with accurate answers. The install team was amazing. They worked together as a team and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Now that my system is up and running, I cannot express my happiness with the production. One happy customer!

We purchased our Solar Panel system from Greg nearly 5 years ago and although we had several solar experts that we got quotes from, Greg was the most professional, most sincere and honest. I went through Universal to have solar put on my house. My representative, Alan was amazing!! He took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. He is extremely efficient and always responds quickly. Shortly after having the panels installed, my bill started to dramatically drop. I would highly recommend them and especially Alan if you're considering going solar.

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

Great customer service. I use the company services when a third party was building my front yard. Very nice guy and very helpful.

Excellent customer service from Brett. He helped a lot and always answer my inquiries even in weekends and at night. He is the best.

I usually don’t post but my experience with this company started off well but has had lots of problems.
The first one was with the install in March which we were told it would be up and running soon after install.
As you all can see from the pictures it was red tagged
I was pretty patient but we had to keep calling to see when it would be fixed communication was not the best.
After that was corrected there was a second issue with the meter connectors again the communication was not very good had to call often.
I was told they would help with bills seeming as the install and all the set backs were not our fault.
That wasn’t the case and still haven’t received any of the free equipment promised.
After three and a half months we finally got the solar meter and turned on the panels.
I just hope everything goes well with my system.
Just be aware before you buy check with you tax rep. and get all that is promised up front.

Scheduled a technician to come out to the house at 3pm. Technician comes out at 11:30 and says, yeah, I know I'm early and proceeds to do whatever he needs to. Doesn't apologize, doesn't care that our time was scheduled a certain way. Luckily my wife got home early to answer the door. Very unprofessional. Do NOT schedule a formal meeting time and not abide to it!

Edit: Beth called me to inform me about the issue and to apologise for any miscommunication. Upholding mutual agreements, such as time commitments, is important to me. The root cause of my frustration was noted and her willingness to call me shines some better light on Harmon. Thank you.

I think I know why FOR Energy came up, when I was searching for an energy audit, as the company with not only the most but also the best reviews. It's because every single step of their process was informative and amazing.Alright, let's start with the phone call rep. I wish I were better with names... but the person on the phone was SO sweet! She had such a caring and friendly tone! That immediately sets the mood for the customer and it's awesome that they've got that part right (this is where most local businesses fail).Second, the first person the company sent me to take a peek around was incredibly nice and was more than happy to give me free DIY tips even before I became a paying customer! I was just a lead at that point. Never gave them a single dollar or committed to anything. But this guy was already giving me ways I can reduce the heat in my office.Then, they sent over Jen (there's a name I remember because she followed up with me immediately via email after her visit) who was very fun to talk to and very thorough when it came to the details and what to expect on pricing as well as installation.Finally, the installation. The crews they sent over were quick, kind, and careful. They made sure I was in the loop for everything and reviewed all the before and after figures with me.And you know what? Even before they left I could already feel the difference. No, seriously!I can't wait to see my next APS bill. I'm more than sure it'll pay for itself pretty quickly. :)

SunPro Solar, this company came in below the 5 other companies in the bidding process. Same top quality panels and inverters as the others were quoting but at commercial wholesale prices. Proof is in the numbers....neighbor had gone with the other guys...17 panels, one inverter...paid 18k. SunPro Solar installed in two days 43 panels two inverters.with double the standard warranty..I paid 28k...10k more for 2.5 times the power...you make the call. Great company.

I could not be more happy with the solar system I got, I waited months to do this review to make sure everything is going to work and now 6 months in and it is working great super happy and will be sending them to all my family and friends!!!

Terrible company!!! They will not own up to their failures! Buyer beware!
