Great Customer Service! Very informative presentation of the benefits on switching to Solar Panel. Steve has also followed up during the installation process.

Personally I had a very good experience. Prices were much lower than the competition. Each time I had an issue, my emails were answered very quickly. Installation took a while but everything was fixed quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my neighbors.

I loved my experience with Universal Solar! From the get go they were very professional and easy to work with. Getting solar panels on my house was a bit of a process with obtaining permits and the utilities etc, but they handled every step-from sales through installation. I was impressed by the technology they use to project over the course of the year how much sun will hit each part of the roof to help decide if and where to get panels. They also have different financial options and help navigate what's best investment for you. And there are currently major tax benefits! Feels like a smart investment mixed with a really great feeling, knowing that the power I use in my house and to charge my electric car. Thanks!

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

My wife and I starting to shop for Solar. Especially with inflation being out of control! PFrom the start we felt like Grand Energy was all about making sure going solar made sense for us, we didn’t feel pressured or like this was a hard sell. It was all about running the numbers and finding out of our house made sense. Also, they broke down everything in a simple manner that we could understand, this isn’t our field so this was very helpful! I always felt like Solar was another scam, not now it seems like it’s the future and it’s better to get in now before pricing goes up a lot down the road. I also loved that this was a small family Arizona based company that I was meeting with, not the equipment of course but my representatives are here local. Don’t just walk away from ATD Solar, run!

We have had solar installed on all of our homes, all using different companies.

When the salesperson comes to your home, it seems like a dream. The best company out there, but things start to go down hill after that.

The communication is non existent. I’ve called and multiple times and customer service has filled out escalation forms multiple times. Guess how many times someone, anyone has reached out… 0, not a manager not my account rep. It’s unbelievable.

Getting scheduled for install wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t call and follow up with them. Totally unprofessional.

The installation is a joke compared to other solar companies. They cut corners and leave your house in worse condition than what it was when they show up. Not to mention, 0 communication. They rang the doorbell once when they showed up, no updates or anything the entire time they were here or when they left.

To top it all of… it’s been months and our I tall is still not been completed! We’ve called even more time for an update, for scheduling. We aren’t even shocked anywhere when they do nothing.

One of my biggest regrets is going with ATD. Safe yourself the headaches and find a professional solar company that understand customer service.
