We hired Arizona Electrical Solutions to do some work at Macys, we are a nationwide general commercial construction company. The owner Will was more than pleasant to work with! He was very knowledgeable about electrical and data. I am very fortunate I called them to come out and complete this project. Working in a retail store is very demanding and political but Will and his crew were a perfect fit. I really recommend using this company!! Not only do they do great work and our efficient but Will is a great guy overall!

I was referred by a client of Wiring Pro's. I contacted the office, set an appointment and they showed up as scheduled. Pricing was provided timely and price was competitive. Once approved to proceed they were onsite within a week to run feeders down to my new workshop. The work was completed same day, everything was cleaned up and I passed my rough inspection the following day.

Recently moved into a new home and our electric outlet for the dryer wasn't working correctly.

I called another electrician and they stated they might be able to see me. No confirmed date or time.

I found One Shot with a simple Google search. Thank goodness I did! I called Gabe and he was able to resolve the issue promptly and professionally that same morning!

We had three units installed in our home yesterday. Oscar C. was part of the crew who installed these units. He did a wonderful job, was extremely pleasant, and a pleasure to have in our home. He was very professional and you are fortunate to have him as a member of your team. We couldn't have asked for three more professional men, (Ocar C., Angel L., & Ivan A.), to install our units and have working in our home.Thank you.

Poor business practice as far as I am concerned. Was sent an Estimate for extending a run for a hot tub. Estimate is clear but nothing saying firm Price or Quote. Electrician came out a few days earlier to look at what supplies he needed , a week later work started. Was late but did text..I dug the trench and disconnected the tub. Things started to go down hill shortly after arrival. The conduit had to be glued together and the tech went for some glue in truck. I have never seen an electrical truck in such poor organizational shape. The electrician searched for 5 + minutes for his glue and found only dried up tins. He then left for Home Depo and was gone 37 minutes. Got back and glued conduit after dumping whole tool pouch on concrete looking for something. Removed old power box ( That we reused ) and started to take fish wire out run power line. The fish was tangled and not useable so he took it apart and spent at least 10-15 minutes untangling the mess. Finally fish wire was run and main wires attached. All the wires were Black.. He said that was fine but needed to be marked after being pulled. He asked me to help if i could so I assisted him and I PULLED THE WIRE THROUGH as he guided it. He got the ends marked for Red/Black/White but used only black tape. I asked when he coded wires for colour. Back to the truck and no coloured tape... he only had black..(He said he had it somewhere in the truck ) I offered to see if I had any.....only had blue. So wires are not cooler coded. He did meter and said was hooked up correctly. My BEEF. the owner would not adjust the bill at all for the lost time he had going for glue and fish tape. His comment was this was a film price...A measure tape was never used for the conduit run... they said 50 feet approx... it is 33 feet.. They used the old breaker and box that was to code. BUYER BEWARE... Oh and maybe you should fix the back tire on your unit your using a temp tire spare.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

5 stars. We were looking for a new electrician as our electrician retired. Happy we found Arc Electrical as we will be calling Alex from now on. Came right on time, fixed our outdoor lights which weren't working due to the storm, and changed a fixture. Really professional and knowledgeable highly recommend.

The staff from Watt Masters were all very professional and knowledgeable. They installed our Solar System quickly and we are very satisfied.

I was told a call would be coming to set up an appointment and I have waited over two weeks that call for an appointment for a kitchen lighting issues. When they finally made the appointment, I was told that The technician starts at 7 and he'll call when he's on his way. What was left out of the conversation completely was that he was going to another call first and would be coming to me after that. There have been several miscommunications and omissions of information made by this company. This is unfortunate, as I've had them out twice before with reasonable success and excellent service from the actual technician.

A couple guys in a Three Phase Electric Truck just went crazy road rage on the freeway: honking and tailing and flying around a car, motioning to fight and at one point stopping and opening a door as of to get out on the backed up freeway to fight someone. Crazy! I would never hire this company.

I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

Jeff was at my home on time. He was very polite and professional. He asked me questions, listened and found ways to complete the project on time and without going over budget and while still going the extra mile. Thank you Jeff! Always happy to support veteran operated businesses!

Colin came to install a bathroom vent fan. Very professional and competent. Colin returns to do 2nd fan install but must first find a unit to fit size constraints. Also, to return to re-install de-icing cables. Enjoyable experience with Colin! Thank you
