This is the greatest concrete company in Phoenix, Arizona! They did an outstanding job on our concrete crack repair project, which looks wonderful and is really durable. They were courteous and easy to work with, and they completed the project on schedule and under budget.

Our garage floor was stained and not nice to look at Cardinal’s employees did a fantastic job of installing the new coating and it looks fantastic! I’d highly recommend them.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. This company doesn't take responsibility for their actions. Driving down I-17 and one of their trucks blows a tire. (Ok. That sucks) Then the driver keeps driving for almost 1/2 mile to get off the freeway. In this time debris from the truck and trailer are flying off and struck my car. The 2 employees did not speak any English, when I was able to get a hold of Ivan their boss he did not even care. He told me to file a report with DPS, which I did. I then called back and he did not talk to me, I called the next day, same thing. I did leave a message with NO return phone call, I then waited 2 days thinking maybe they were busy, NOPE, still NO call back. I called again and was pushed off to Matt and he said they will not do anything about it but their insurance guy would call me. 2 days later he did call and said, sorry we will not replace your tire because it was not our fault. This is not right and of course the insurance guy was not on scene but the DPS officer was who wrote the debris did come from their truck. This company should replace my tire and I should NOT have to bear the cost of replacement because of their lack of vehicle maintenance!!

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
