I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I highly recommend this company! I had to use QR due to a plumbing issue in my home. They completed the water damage removal of my dry wall, cabinets and asbestos removal. They finished all of these tasks within you two weeks. I was very impressed with the young men that came to my house who performed the work. They were kind, empathic and respectful and made me feel comfort under stressful circumstances. They took the time to walk me through their work and share their knowledge.

Alan, our technician, came to our home to check out what we needed.He was personable and knowledgeable. He gave us a price and said the rugs would be returned in a week and at that time he would clean the living room rug which was too large to move.He returned a week later.with an assistant. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
