Though my solar has not yet been installed, the process so far has been very good. The company seems very organized and my opinion from doing extensive comparison shopping is that SunPower has one the best, if not the best products and warranty.

The solar installers were courteous and meticulous. They utilized tilts to optimize the efficiency of my flat roof, resulting in a clean installation.

SouthFace has put together a top notch team and has some very skilled installers. They recently completed a large (~250kW) solar carport project for one of our properties and it's a work of art. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

The staff members were very down to earth and easy to talk to. My friend referred me and said that it was a smart move financially, saved money and installation wasn't a pocket breaker. Many of my neighbors have gotten it done and continue to as they move in. The company is great and very accommodating, can't say anything negative they did their job and did it well.

When we decided to get solar, I got 2 quotes and both were pretty close in price; however, AZ West Solar had a better warranty and great incentives. Sunlight Energy Systems, Inc. are the best! I had odd electrical short outs in my house and they found and fixed them all!!! They are very safety conscious with their work. They spent hours at my house and I was concerned about how expensive the work was going to be. What they charged was WAY BELOW what I expected!! They are very good at what they do and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!!!

Tommy was great. I used him first to replace a fuse in my panel. My panel was old so we discussed replacing the whole thing which he did about a month later. Great work. Does what he says, when he says he’s going to do it, and at a fair price.

The technician came by to install my solar. He was exstreamly freindly, professional, and helpful. Every one i have had delt with have been fantastic. I recommend them.

I’m impressed by this young company and by Deion, owner of the company. Extreme professionalism, courtesy, timeliness and great service are how I’d describe Solar Splash and Deion. Deion is eager to do the best job that he can and, in my opinion, he does that quite easily because of these qualities. I strongly recommend this company.

I cannot say in words how disappointed I am. I had 2 bids but went with the higher cost at SunPro because I thought I was getting better service and equipment. I am a cash buyer that spent nearly 50k on my system. We signed up in January 2021. Put the deposit in on Feb 14th. Panels were installed Mar 11. Went through multiple visits from SunPro to do final hook ups. 3 APS inspections…2 of them wrong inspections called in by SunPro, and this is happening in May 2021. Fast forward to today June 5th…SunPro comes out to do final commissioning and activate the system. The Enphase Envoy box is broken…doesn’t work. What a horrible experience. I have had a solar system “installed” on my home that I paid cash…for 3 months that does not produce, and doesn’t work. I don’t think our experience with SunPro can be any worse. The “account representative “ would set up calls and appointments and not show up or call until hours past the time. I believe I had 3 different representatives until I was given the direct line to the regional director. We are beyond disappointed.

These clowns did an led conversion to the auto parts store where I work and they took 2 days to do a day job. They dropped pieces of lighting from the ceiling all over the retail floor almost hitting customers and then left all their garbage everywhere. Made no attempt to clean up after themselves. Got in the customers way rudely with no excuses. If you own a business definitely don't let these people near your customers.
