Anthony's was the opposite. They were responsive, courteous and professional. The tech that came out (on time! what??) was friendly and knowledgeable.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across Hero. She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge shout out to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about Hero Home Services

Before calling Reddi Services I'd had 7 repair technicians come out to look at my furnace as it was not working correctly and would intermittently shut down so the problem was a more complicated fix. Each of the other companies that came out either sold me a solution that didn't fix the issue or they tried to upsell me an entirely new system. They didn't spend much more than 15-20 minutes looking at my furnace before telling me it's just old and needs to be replaced they said I needed a whole new system costing 10k+.

I didn't have a good feeling about any of them and in fact several of them made me extremely uncomfortable.

Then Mattox arrived with Reddi Services. I instantly felt at ease with him. I felt he was genuinely trying to find the problem so he could fix my furnace. Mattox was respectful, polite, good natured, honest, well-mannered and a straight shooter. He spent a good 1.5 hours diagnosing my furnace issue. He wanted to be certain to find the real problem and not make random guesses. He went out of his way to access the right tools to do a proper diagnostic. Once he was certain of the issue, he offered to fix it right then but stated that he needed to pick the part up from his office. He stepped out and returned and fixed the issue. The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We had their tech come yesterday to clear a clogged drain and there was a problem most likely due to our 50 year old pipes and miscommunication and I suspect stress of overwork and a mistake was made and the drain was still cloggedbut when I got a hold of the supervisor Rene he came out immediately on a Sunday and resolved the problem,cleared the drain and did not charge us and even reimbursed us for the plug we had to buy for the damaged partSo we would heartily recommend themIf you have some problem, (sometimes things do happen) just get a hold of the supervisor as they will quickly ,efficiently and professionally resolve the problem

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. I was very impressed with the customer service for Bumble Bee Plumbing. Everyone from scheduling to dispatch were super nice. The plumber (Richard) who came to the house was friendly, quick and professional. Instead of trying to push me for a whole new water heater, he recommended replacing the shot heating element and said I could get a few more years out of my current heater. Honesty goes a long way towards loyalty with me. I will definitely be using BB for any future big plumbing projects.I ended up using BB for a new toilet installation after I originally posted this review. Again, the service was excellent and the plumber (Bill) was very professional and efficient. I am strongly considering their Membership Plan, which seems like a no-brainer.

I love this product because it does the job! I had problems with my plumbing, and I was so worried about finding a reputable company that could fix the problem. I found Blue Plumbers on the internet and they were able to fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

I give belsito plumbing a 5 star rating. I have had Louis out to my home three times, for different issues. He's delivered on all of them and helped correct problems.

When I need anything fixed regarding plumbing I always call belsito. They are reputable, dependable and I trust them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

Thank you so much for your quick response to help us replace our main water line just before the Christmas. A big shout to John Nguyen who was very polite and very knowledgeable in the whole process. He was there in time and he explained everything to my husband and I so we were very confident regarding the work that was to be completed. I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
