We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He felt that with the toilet bowl there could possibly be something bigger than simply a leaking toilet bowl. He advised us to speak with a restoration company first before he, the plumber, did any work. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. His advice and guidance and the support of the staff at Anthony's Plumbing were invaluable in our getting these repairs completed. Thank you!

Hero Home Services has been fabulous. I have used them twice to unclog a toilet. Each time they were reliable, friendly and conscientious. The second time my plumber, Devon, was concerned we might have a issue farther down the drain, so he came back the following week (free of charge) with his manager to inspect it with a camera. He ruled out that concern and gave us great peace of mind. I recommend them!!!

Called this company because the drain was backing up in laundry area...it was late in the evening and they started working anyway to relieve the problem...out at 8:15 Sunday morning with a camera! After blowing out debree, I was given a full report and shown on camera the exact problem ...I am happy with the solutions presented for this problem. Everything is flowing again! They are a very honest company, professional and have excellent customer service and quality employees.Eduardo, was very professional, skilled, and personable, was on time, used protective work boot covers to keep my carpets clean, the work area was left clean. RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!! You don’t know what you are getting and you may end up having to pay double

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
