This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service.
