This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

Excellent prompt service, professional, friendly and reasonable prices. Mark from Anthony's Plumbing came to snake our main drain, and check the slow running bathroom sink drain. Mark was very thorough and took his time checking all the drains we had issues with, answered all our questions, so that we knew exactly what he was going to do and what we needed to do to prevent further problems. We felt very relieved that Mark was so knowledgeable and honest and showed us with a state of the art camera what the problems were. We will recommend Mark and Anthony's Plumbing to all our friends. I came home from a week in Seattle to find my daughters had clogged the bathtub and could not take a shower. Haha, they do still need me. ?. Benjamin was our technician and he does outstanding work! A week ago, Ben came out on a Saturday with short notice and repaired a worrisome shower leak that we were concerned might cause water damage. Thanks to Ben, the shower is now working great and has not dropped a drip since...and best of all, there is no water damage! I was so impressed that we called Ben back this week to work on another plumbing project that needed attention. I could not be happier with Ben and Reddi Services. Shout out also deserves to go to their dispatch staff, Ellie and Carlotta, who were very pleasant to deal with on the phone and who always let me know ahead of time when Ben was on his way!

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Called Coopers on a Sunday morning after getting a few quotes on Sat night that were much higher. Zach came out within the hour, snaked our lines and pulled out tree roots. Zach was quick, focused, and professional. I will definitely use Coopers again and refer anyone in the area to them. They are efficient, competitive, and professional. Thanks Zach!

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

He has shown the work ethic and morals which are so hard to find. After many hours of working to rectify the problem he was always a pleasure to have in my home.
