This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with I would not use them.

Gabe, came by today was able to quickly figure out the problem with my dryer and fix it. He was courteous and showed my what the problem was. Highly recommend!

The company was very punctual and stayed in contact while I waited for the repair. I loved that they send information and a picture of the person coming. Ernesto was very kind and respectful and upfront with his knowledge about the issue. He fixed my faucet quickly and there were no hidden charges. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Mike is the gentleman whom serviced our A/C. He was very knowledgeable n professional. I asked him several questions n he was happy to answer each one, so I could understand. He also had sevetal issues to deal with n he fixed n repaired each issue one by one. Mike called on Saturday saying he could stop by in 20 minutes, rather than waiting until Sunday. I was very happy n even though it took several hours to complete he re-checked each to make sure all was functioning perfect before he took off. It was so nice to have a A/C tech show up early rather than late n repaired my system . Thank you so very much.

Tucker Hill literally saved the day. After our kids filled the sewer line pipes in our front yard with rocks we were in a really bad position. Saturday night we called tucker hill and Josef called us back immediately. He sent Daniel to come check out the problem. We were overwhelmed at the thought of possibly digging up the yard and facing a huge bill. Josef suggested we go buy a shop vac and see what rocks we could get out ourselves. Daniel stayed with us and helped us through the whole process. Josef told us to call him at any time during the night if we had a problem. He would be there Sunday morning to jet the sewer lines to save us from any more problems. He came when he said he would and we weren’t charged an extra weekend rate. We are so grateful for their professional quality work.

Fixer was great! The technician showed up on time, wore a mask, was knowledgeable and fixed all the issues at that visit. I’d definitely hire Fixer again!

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! Give the man a raise! ?

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Best Customer Service I have every received. Returned my call with 15 min and got the job done the same day.
