Brandon and Regina were my initial phone contacts with Anthony's Plumbing, and I was dutifully impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with what appeared [to me] an insurmountable puddle problem under my kitchen sink. Within 24 hours, a polite and confident young man appeared at my door and within moments had the answer to the leak. He called the faucet manufacturer (on my behalf) and within minutes had procured the broken piece, which is now in transit to my home. Wow! Exceptional customer service. It was then I noticed the name on his shirt: Anthony, the owner's son. Competent, knowledgeable, and proud of his family-run business. It doesn't get any better than Anthony's Plumbing. Highly recommended … will refer to friends and neighbors … 10 stars!

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done. I had a leak into my condo from another unit and my Condo Assoc. President recommended Reddi Services. Marco Prieto was my Service Specialist. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to assess the leak source as he bounced back and forth between units explaining every step of what he was doing, why and what he was looking for. He is very bright and personable. He took the time to help educate me about a variety of plumbing issues. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

The first time I had them pump my tank, they were great. It was about $500 to pump a 1500 gallon tank (a bit on the expensive side but the tech that did the work was friendly and seemed to do a good job). I called earlier this week and made an appointment. At first they called back and said they’d only come out if I dug up the access myself. Then they called and said I needed to send pictures of the dug up access lids. Then they told me it would be $900 to pump the tank. This was over double the rate of anyone else I’ve called. Maybe they have more work than they can handle, but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone even if you are desperate.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

Additionally, there's Rachelle, at the office, who is a fantastic first contact and very helpful too!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. I own a local business, Atlas Home Inspections, and needed my water heater replaced. Called around to a few different places and ended up going with Rooter Ranger at the recommendation of a friend. Couldn't be more happy with the quality of the services provided or the friendliness and knowledge of the gentleman who came to my house. Jesse was phenomenal. Showed up on time, was very knowledgable and did outstanding quality work. Will definitely be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to my friends and colleagues who need work done in the future.

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had a clogged toilet. Since I take care of a handicapped individual, this presented a major problem. Javier came out the same day, fixed my clog, did his inspection and fixed another leak I was having in the shower. This company and their staff are absolute professionals and extremely customer oriented. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

My clients needed to have 2 tanks inspected and pumped ASAP. They were able to accommodate them due to a shift in their schedule. They were very informative on the phone looking up tank sizes and locations prior to arrival. One tank failed due to age and lack of maintenance. Dustin was great at explaining why it happened and the procedure of abandoning the tank and installation of the new one.

Amazing people and amazing service.Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.
