I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I was recommended Anthony's plumbing by a neighbor. I had a few issues that needed to be fixed. I was easily able to leave an inquiry through the website on a Sunday. I was contacted the following morning by a friendly person who was able to get me scheduled the following day. I was given a window for when the plumber would arrive. They have a great system that sends a notification that the plumber will arrive shortly. The plumber Mark showed up soon afterwards. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wore his mask while working on our issues. Mark got everything taken care of quickly. Impressive, as we had 3 things that needed attention.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Pepe and Brent went above and beyond helping us purchase new toilets. The ones we had waiting for them to install turned out to be cheap junk. Pepe said that they wouldn't last and may cause plumbing issues. He sent us to a plumbing supply store to choose new toilets. When we arrived at the store Pepe and Brent were there! With lost of knowledgeable helpers we finally chose good, dependable toilets. Pepe and Brent came immediately back to our home and installed the toilets in a very short time. They cleaned up, caulked, and left no mess! This stressful chore was made much easier with the help of Pepe and Brent.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

We used these folks to unclog the Kitchen sink, that had been problematic for years. We paid for drain clearing time after time, and finally met these guys. They stuck a camera down the drain and showed a LOT of build up and grease chunks that looked like rocks, and ultimately recommended we Hydrojet. Without the camera, I would have thought it was a scam, but seeing the images and what came out, I'm glad we did it. Jesse was great. On time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service.

I was dreading having to call a plumber, and everyone at Bumble Bee is SO NICE!!! The person who answered connected with me by asking me questions. I told her I’d just purchased my home recently and she was excited for me and told me congratulations! Next, a tech was sent to me right away. My tech Drew was also super nice with a very friendly personality. He told me why he likes working at Bumble Bee and made me feel good about my choice to call them. I hope I don’t need them a lot, but I will for sure call them again with no hesitation in the future.

I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldn't fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didn't press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone you're happy to have in your home. I'll ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17

Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent someone within an hour to fix the leakage. While facing a major plumbing issue in our home and we called Blue Plumbers for help. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide us with a quote for the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician took the time to explain everything to us so that we knew exactly what was happening. Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis.
