I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. The technician from Blue plumbers arrived promptly at my house this morning. I was relieved to see him on time as I had a busy day ahead. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself professionally. I was impressed with his punctuality and courteous manner. It made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for the job.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.

I’ve used Anthony’s plumbing twice in the past month for urgent issues when my regular plumber was away with a family emergency. Both times they were quick to respond, but sent plumbers who left my garage a total mess and were rude and condescending. Both times they charged me a random exorbitant price, and refused to give me a breakdown of what was labor, what was parts, etc. They answer my former plumbers phone number and use my old plumbers’ name, but when questioned, they state they are really Anthony’s plumbing and “filling in” while he is away. The work was done well, but they are shady in their charges and I felt scammed. I won’t use them again.

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. Will definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing need. They have great energy, very friendly and professional.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. Finally a plumber I can trust! Thanks Ernie you’re our hero :)

Amazing experience with this company. They were professional and respectful of our property and ourselves. They explained the process and the cost before doing any work. They were thorough and completed their job, very efficiently, and on time with what the job in tailed. I had a huge plumbing problem at my house and after hiring more than three different companies who could not find the Clean out Pipe. I called Reddi, I was helped by Pepe Muñoz and Donald Mata they did an excellent job Pepe went out of his way to make sure my nightmare problem was resolved, It was like a miracle that he could find the pipe. They were very professional and if I ever encounter any problem of plumbing, cooling and heating they will be my first choice.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

I called around three or four other septic companies. All of them were about $100-$150 more than Cooper Septic was. I asked them three times...are there any hidden fees and they assured me there were none. They knew the size of tank that I had and scheduled my service for about 3 to 4 days later. Justin was our service technician. He was very professional and found both caps very quickly and went straight to work. After he was finished he explained everything to me and was very professional and kind. I will only be using them and I would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors!!! Hopefully you’ll get Justin as your tech!!!

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

A very friendly lady answered and after I told her about the problem she said you are at the right place.One of our technicians will call you within the next 10 minutes about an appointment. Was I surprised that this actually came true. After viewing the toilet disaster, a very professional, knowledgeable young man, named Casey came up with a solution. A couple minutes later checking the prices for the necessary equipment, he offered me a very good estimate. It was not an easy job to do, but they did it perfectly to my great satisfaction. Especially Casey must be mentioned because he did not hesitate to even work at the weekend. THIS COMPANY I CAN RECOMMEND STRONGLY AND I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Service was phenomenal, Derek and Derek were both extremely professional, they communicated what was going on throughout the process, there were no surprise expenses from what they told us, and were very friendly during the entire experience. RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!!
