Garden hose connector frozen to hose bib and could not be removed without risking damage to plumbing and creating a major problem and leak. Called Anthony's Plumbing and they sent out Brandon to take care of the problem. He removed the old hose bibb and installed a screw fitting and new hose bibb plus a code required vacuum breaker (back flow preventer). Then he attempted to unscrew hose from the old faucet. The old faucet was destroyed but the hose remained frozen to the faucet!

Brandon was very skilled and professional. I would recommend Brandon and Anthony's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I was with a company for DECADES because it was my families old company, kind of like car insurance. Well, called the old company up and they straight up turned me down as they wanted to concentrate on their commercial customers. I was shocked. I immediately hung up the phone and found Cooper's. So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I had a clogged toilet and bath tub and Option One was recommended by Pat from Affordable Plumber AZ LLC. I called and was given a 9 to 11 time slot and Sammy arrived at around 9:30. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He cleared the clog in five minutes and explained what the issue was. I was so worried about the cost to fix my issue since I'm on a fixed income but $86 bucks later, all is well! I have future projects on my fixer upper and will definitely used Option One again.

My clients needed to have 2 tanks inspected and pumped ASAP. They were able to accommodate them due to a shift in their schedule. They were very informative on the phone looking up tank sizes and locations prior to arrival. One tank failed due to age and lack of maintenance. Dustin was great at explaining why it happened and the procedure of abandoning the tank and installation of the new one.

Called these guys to clear my kitchen drain. Was asked for $500 up front, with the technician swaying that if they needed to put a camera down it after, he'd call another guy and have him come at no charge. It seems to me that if I DON'T require the camera then it should be cheaper, right? That's not how they figure it.Then after he snakes out the drain, her tells me he can't get the trap back together without leaks. He wants to charge me more for new parts and labor to repair what wasn't leaking in the first place. I told Bonn that he broke it and I didn't see why I should pay for it. He said no, it was about to break anyway. I ended up paying over$600 for a job that should have cost $300 max. Never use these guys again.

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!
