We had a valve break in our bathroom. Anthony’s Plumbing was quick to respond. Paul Becklund was our plumber and he was on time, prepared and saved the day as we had multiple jobs going on at the same time. All needed water. Third time we have used this company for various issues and it is always the same solid performance!!

My tech Orlando came by and I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to perform. He was able to clear our plumbing issue and mentioned that the camera revealed that there may be another problem down the road. He gave us quote if we needed services at a later time. He was fast and very friendly; we appreciated he kindness and fast service.

I had a sewage line issue with the city of Scottsdale. After a bad experience with Benjamin Franklin, I was calling another plumbing service. That company did not do sewage lines but they recommended ReddiServices. Pepe showed up within hours. He was a true Professional. Nice to know there is still good service available, even in the big city. Not interested in overcharging me. He did an outstanding job informing me of what was going on with my sewage lines. Thanks Pepe! ReddiServices will always be my team for not only plumbing but also A/C when I need it.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

This is a pleasantly surprising update. Last week Bobby from Rooter Ranger came by my house to discuss my issues w/ them. He sat & really listened & never made any excuses for the previous guy's mistaken diagnosis of my plumbing. He went on to say the company would be issuing me a full refund & apologized for what happened.I'm pleased & impressed. Not too many people or companies today willing to admit their mistake & make it right.I gave this review 6 months ago after Rooter Ranger charged me $500 to camera & hydro jet my kitchen drains from vent on roof to help open drains up for flow. What I omitted was the fact that his original quote was $550. When I told him that was out of my budget he went on to say most companies would charge more & perhaps I could find a company to charge less but his company's prices were right in line with average. I was still uncertain when he finally said, O.K. We'll do it for $500 IF you give us a good review on google & yelp.6 months later & my plumbing problem returned with a vengeance. I took some comfort in the fact that Rooter Ranger gave me a 1 year warranty on the work.Not quite! More gibberish & Rooter Ranger now wanted $2,000 to really fix the problem. But to help you out I'll subtracted the $500 you paid on previous work & charge you ONLY $1,500.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.This time I called Apache Plumbing. Robert told me plain & simple, the main sewer line was plugged. After going up on the roof & looked for a main drain clean-out fitting, which I didn't have. H went on to run the washing machine through the spin cycle several times while flushing all the toilets simultaneously to watch where & how much water was backing up into guest bathroom tub.Spending a total of almost 2 hours he roto rooted main line pipe 20 ft. from the roof & clear tree roots. Problem solved, though if it ever clogs again he recommended camera & installing clean outs.The Bill- $113.50 which included a 10% senior citizen discount.Robert's honesty & his company's integrity truly make Apache Plumbing Services THE best plumbing company in the greater Phoenix area.I regret letting Rooter Ranger coerce me into writing the review I did for them.The Best! Everything you'd want in a Plumbing company; fair pricing & knowledgeable, courteous technicians. An extra shout out to Adrian. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Did a job at our house a while back ($2,200) and bleeped up leaving a lot of sand in our system (just didn't clean the pipes properly before reconnecting), cloaking a few faucets (you can actually hear the sand in the valves).Came in yesterday (after 5 months!) and agreed to solve it today, but simply didn't show up. Calls not answered. Not going to wait for the standard we had an emergency-excuse, and find someone else.In the end, companies like these will always help themselves out of business... Natural selection...

Sunset Septic has displayed a high level of incompetence at doing septic tank inspections! They failed my septic system for the following reason Septic system failed water test and a new pit is needed. We recommend a whole new system as tank is nearly 40 years old. They then quoted me a new $20k septic system, I was concerned about this response and got a second opinion from another septic company. The 2nd company quickly identified that there was a piping issue and that the system COULD NOT EVEN BE TESTED without making the piping correction. The piping was corrected and the system passed with no problem. I called Sunset Septic and spoke with the receptionist and informed her of the situation and requested a refund for their in-accurate and useless septic inspection that I paid $675 for. The receptionist told me that management would call me back to discuss. However management did not even return my call to hear my concerns, they only responded by email stating I am sorry to inform you that we will not be refunding any money to you. This shows a high level of incompetence and scamming of the customer, it is obvious they are more interested in selling $20k septic systems than meeting the actual needs of their customers. I STONGLY RECOMEND THAT ANYONE THINKING OF HIRING SUNSET SEPTIC TO DO ANYTHING RE-THINK THE THE THOUGHT AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

It's always tough balancing, can I do this myself? Vs. having someone do it for you. What I didn't realize was that not only would someone come do the work but would walk me through the how and why of the process so I felt more confident in the value provided. I would recommend mr. Rooter if that's the level of experience you're looking for.
