We realized we had a leak with our water heater system. It was after 10 pm. We called George Brazil and they had a professional here within 30 min. Mike was great, very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to repair and replace and was done within less than an hour. Yes, we had to pay an after hours fee, but would have had to stay up all night to drain the bucket if not done this evening. Well worth the fee. Thank you, Mike!!

Quality of work was acceptable however the technician called to confirm appointment the previous day and then showed up 3.5 hours late.Pricing was a joke. Told a price for a comprehensive fix, scope of work was reduced considerably, repair took 45 minutes but still charged $476.00. When asked about cost compared to what was proposed, told sorry we have a flat rate pricing model.I would not use again or recommend to anyone I know.

If I could give Dustin and Ricky 10 starts I would. They were on time, explained, so I could understand, the process of installing our new HVAC system. It was a huge investment for our home so I wanted to make sure I knew what was going on and how to properly maintain our new system. Their pride in their work was outstanding. This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern.
