I have not needed a plumber before and had no idea where to begin to pick a plumber. So when I googled plumber Anthony's plumbing came up with Google backing the company! Then I read the reviews and gave them a call. Anthony came out to assess my problem. He was very knowledgeable about what we should do to fix the problem. With the great customer service Anthony provided has made me a customer for good. Will never have to worry about any plumbing needs I know Anthony's plumbing will always be ready to take care of any of them!

I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.

I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.

Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.

Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

We live in and older cooperative of apartments with a chiller, tower, and individual air handlers for each apartment. We have worked with Reddi Services several times over the past few years and the staff have consistently been outstanding. Since our heating/cooling system is somewhat unique, we do appreciate technicians that are familiar with our set up and that we can trust. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. Fantastic job from Louie and Luciano. They came when they said they would, they were clean, and effective. I woke up to a back up in the house that i could not clear. My main line was clogged. I called Rooter Ranger and Louie and Luciano arrived. They explained everything to me while they were working. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I would highly recommend this responsible and friendly company which helped me out when I had problems with the delivery and installation of a new cooker following an altercation with a well-know store. They came on time, left no mess, did the job and even phoned the manufacturer on my behalf when they discovered a missing part. Chloe at the end of the phone was so friendly, understanding and calming. I would most certainly use this company again.

Technician came out to flush our tankless water heater. I asked him several questions on water softeners and filtration systems.He was very professional and courteous in answering all my questions and pricing. Even standing in the hot garage to do so. He was quick in servicing the unit. We hope Blue Plumbers is the one to come out next year to do the service again!

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Daniel showed up to look at leak underneath kitchen sink. It was an easy fix as hose from faucet was the cause. He noted that the on and off valves underneath the sink were corroded and recommended they be replaced. Next, he took a look at my water heater which is located in outside closet and recommended replacing as it was 30 years old and part of it was corroded. Since it was late in the day, he came back the next day with water heater. First, he completed repair to faucet hose and replaced on and off valves underneath kitchen sink. After he removed old water heater, he noted that the valves and pipes behind water heater were leaking so they also needed to be replaced. Total job was completed just underneath 4 hours. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but due to age, corrosive valves, etc. it was certainly time to replace. I took advantage of financing that was available for half the cost of job, which was helpful.Daniel concisely explained everything before beginning the job and afterwards showed me where the on/off switch was located on water heater, demonstrated where pilot light was located and how it worked. He was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend him and Option One Plumbing.

One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.
