called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. They were even able to unclog our pipes that the plumbing crew couldn't do. We are happy with the service we received and highly recommend Cave Creek Septic.

We had Harold Dotson service us today, Harold was super friendly right from the time he knocked on our door, to the time he checked on our A/C Unit, and left. He showed us everything that was wrong and walked us through the process. He was honest and respectful, I am more than happy with his service and would love to have him come again if/ when the comes!!! I completely trusted him and his service. ReddiServices really came through for us today, today was 114 degrees.

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. Had some water backing up in the house Sunday afternoon, determined it was a full septic system and started calling pumping companies. Received a quick call back from Josh and he was able to fit me in the schedule first thing Monday.(I didn't receive any calls back from the other companies) Josh and his crew showed up early and got right to work. Problemo solved!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with my Rooter Ranger experience. I had my entire Mobile Home water lines redone due to reoccurring water problems. I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

Their plumbers are extremely knowledgable, punctual, patient (my husband asks A LOT of questions) & honest. I've never been disappointed & highly recommend them for all your pluming needs - you won't be disappointed! Also, they're incredibly philanthropic, donating to numerous local charities, non-profit organizations and schools - you can't beat that!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! The Option One team, including Andrew, Tim, and Ruben, did an outstanding job installing clean outs and repairing a poorly sealed ABS to clay pipe joint. Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet. Clean out location was close to other utilities so machinery couldn't be used. The digging was done by hand tools with countless rocks encountered. I was impressed by their work ethic and how effectively they were able to work as a team. I would recommend this group to anyone without hesitation.

Was impressed by the awesome customer service. From the friendly office staff member that answered my call to the very knowledgeable technician who came out the very next day to do the job. Not only did chris do a great job but he went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate him answering all my questions and. Recomend sunset septic service. I could tell that this gentlemen new how to do his job and he took pride in his work. Thanks again Chris! I only have 1 issue. Now was quoted a price on the phone and that's exactly what I paid which I felt was a great price, but notice it's about 50 bucks cheaper listed on hear, maybe I am reading it wrong or missed something. But steal would use there service for all my septic needs! A+

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
