Anthony was the technician and was right on time and looked very professional. His mannerisms and decor were polite, professional and caring.

We needed to find a drain pipe leak in a tough area. He removed the necessary drywall and indeed found the leak.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

Chris S and Jason performed an annual Reddi Planned Maintenance check and water heater flush. They did not try to over-sell their services. I asked for a quote to replace a toilet, and they were able to perform the replacement same day. When issues were discovered, they found the most cost-effective way to solve them, and they did a great job!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Circle J Septic is an awesome local business. Josh and his employee came out on a Sunday after I called to look at the job. We scheduled for the next day. The showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition that it was in when they arrived. I have used other septic companies in the past, but none of the others did near as good a job! I highly recommend Circle J to anyone that needs their septic system pumped.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Josh came out to pump our septic today within 3 hours of our initial call. He was polite and professional and a hard worker in hot weather. The issue was not the tank but a blockage which he quickly fixed. He cleaned everything up better than he found it and the price was amazing! But the very best part is the toilets flush and there is no sewage in my showers!

I had a shower that wouldn’t turn off at 8:30 at night. I called and they said a tech would call shortly. Casey called me within 5 min. And was there 40 min later. The job was bigger than originally expected but Casey and Jesse came out when they said they would the following day after making sure we could use the water in the rest of the house. They were clean, polite and discussed the job so I could understand what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I felt it was very reasonable and would recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you gentlemen.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
