Excellent handling of my appointment in terms of communication and scope of work. Erick, the plumber, was right on time, and very professional and personable. He had all the information on the work that needed to be done and after a quick tour, got right to it! He left his work areas indoors and out very clean. He also provided some good advice about future projects we should consider/ plan for... We would definitely use Anthony's Plumbing again.

Very impressed with this company!! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call for repair work. A friend recommended this company and I'm so glad they did. They are available 24/7 and I didn't have to wait several days for a service call which is important when a water leak is involved. The first time Marco was my service tech. He was very pleasant, honest, and worked in a timely manner. I was also impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater even though mine was older. After checking it out, he said it was still working fine. He fixed the water leak under my kitchen sink quickly and was on his way. The second time I had another water leak issue, Marco and Brent were the techs. They were polite, friendly, and explained the problem in detail as well as answering all my questions. A big plus was the fact that they had the part on their truck and I didn't have to wait several days. This company was competitively priced and didn't gouge me for working on a Sunday. Thanks Reddi Services....I will definitely call you for any future repairs!

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had our septic system pumped for the first time and risers installed for our septic system by Circle J Septic. We highly recommend them! Josh (owner) & James (worker) are both very professional, courteous, respectful, responds in a timely manner and does high quality work. Reasonably priced compared to other septic companies I researched. Josh also took the time to explain the septic system to us.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I would definitely recommend Valleywide Plumbing & Patrick!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Paradise Valley Septic did an excellent job.

We've used Belsito Plumbing at our last two homes with very positive experiences.

On the most recent, the plumbers who actually did the job (John and Chad) were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing under somewhat difficult circumstances.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Josh came out to pump our septic today within 3 hours of our initial call. He was polite and professional and a hard worker in hot weather. The issue was not the tank but a blockage which he quickly fixed. He cleaned everything up better than he found it and the price was amazing! But the very best part is the toilets flush and there is no sewage in my showers!

What a great experience! Called for a clogged drain and was immediately put to easy with amazing customer service. About an hour later a nice look gentlemen named Jarod showed up to my home. He was knowledgeable of my plumbing concerns and explained everything thoroughly. When my four year old starting asking questions, Jarod was so sweet to him and even let him “help”. In stressful times like these it’s nice to know we have a company that puts family values first right here in Orange County! I will definitely be referring Rooter Ranger to all my friends and family!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
