Best Camera Inspection in Phoenix AZ

The workmanship was good. The plumbing technician was professional. The fee however was OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! As a 80yr old on a fixed income the price is the reason for the low rating. I had them do the work because I didn't have the luxury of waiting several days for another plumber who (I felt) was reasonable. Unless you don't mind being taken advantage of my recommendation is, go somewhere else.

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

We would recommend SepticFlo because instead of dealing with the schedule and a ailability of a single local company, they were able to go to work on our behalf and actually get one of their certified service providers to take care of our drain cleaning.

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. I also very much appreciated that they offer a Veteran discount. Will use again for all plumbing needs :)

Pepe was our ReddiHero!! He was kind, respectful, efficient and honest. That's what I count on mostly when it comes to service. Our 16 year old water heater went out (inevitable) however, given the hard times, I was hoping it wouldn't...Nevertheless, it did! He laid out the options and kept it honest. He was patient while I made the decision and he was prompt in ordering the system and installing it same day. Thank you for your patience and understanding and doing a great job! This company was scheduled to pump the septic and do a septic inspection so we could close on our new home. They did show up and pump the septic but said they couldn't do the inspection until 13 days later! This was 2 days before our closing. Now we are stuck paying for 2 weeks additional rent and trying to find someone else who can complete the job this company couldn't. Now, because they scheduled it wrong, we have to contact our movers, all utility companies, the internet installation, plumbers, electricians, and flooring company. I will definitely remember this company's name!

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Belsito disconnected my septic system and connected me to the city sewer system. The work crew was always on time, competent, professional, hard working and conscientious. They did an amazing job returning my front yard to a pre-construction state.

I had just closed on my home and had been working on moving all my things in. After 3 days of moving all my things into my new home, I thought, “ I need to do laundry” I go to get the caps off the valves to connect the washer when all went horribly wrong! As soon as I twisted the valve the pressure of the water blasted the cap off. I frantically tried to shut the valve off and nothing. The damage from water blasting with high pressure for 15 minutes completely destroyed the upstairs Laundry room, downstairs kitchen and family room. Very thankful that Rooter Ranger came out as quick as they did before a broken valve cause more water damaged to my newly purchased home. I am even more grateful I got Casey as the person who came out to my home and walked me through to shutting the main water line off in a matter of seconds. He also explained the entire process and made me feel at ease in such a bad situation. Highly recommend!

We have never used this company before but they were very nice and did a very thorough job. Very professional in there job and very courteous. The plumber was a little late but we scheduled them late in the morning and they were out on the same day. I would use them again anytime. I found there pricing very reasonable. Bumblebee Plumbing was a great company to work with! Their office staff was friendly, and helpful and they had availability right away when other companies were scheduling very far out. This company does a great job at communication by sending several reminder texts about our appointment, as well as a call ahead the day of service. The technicians were thorough and provided us with several options to fix our problem. They even reduced the price when the repair didn’t take as long as expected! We would definitely use Bumblebee Plumbing again!

Great service all around! Easy booking, fast arrival, polite and efficient service technician (Devon). I called them this morning shortly after 9am after being stood up by another company last night (who said they were on their way and then never showed or called - they called me back at 7 this morning...uh, no thanks!). As it turns out that was a good thing for not only me (because I got great service), but also for Mr. Rooter as...I work in the home services industry and get a few calls a week regarding plumbing work which we don't offer. I will be referring all of those people to Mr. Rooter after my great experience with them. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and Devon was great, really went the extra-mile. I've been in the contracting business for thirty years and was a plumber for the first ten of those years so I know a well trained technician who's happy to work for his company when I see one. I typically rent a rooter machine and do it myself when the need arises but didn't have the time this go around. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to do it for myself again but now I think I'll just call them instead! Great job Devon and the Mr Rooter team!

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.
